Privacy Policy

1.1. Information you provide directly to us

• Chat screenshots: You upload screenshots of your conversations to the Application. Text is extracted from these images and analyzed using artificial intelligence.
• Email and name (optional): If you contact us by email, the name, email address, and message content you send.
• Account/session information: The App works without creating an account, using an anonymous session; a random user identifier is generated for this session. Premium purchases are made through the App Store with your Apple ID.
• Chat-analysis control: In chat analysis, before anything leaves your device you can view, search, and remove the anonymized excerpts that will be sent.
• Disagreement texts (Love Court): When you import or paste an argument, the speakers' names are converted to "You/Them" roles on your device and contact details (phone, email, links) are removed; only this anonymized text is sent for analysis. The raw chat never leaves your device.
• First Message (image analysis): You upload a frame of content the person you're interested in has shared (a story, post, or profile screen) and, if you wish, your own short note. The image is processed solely to generate opening lines you could send; once the suggestions are produced we do not store the image and it is not used to train artificial intelligence models. Content labels extracted from the frame are shown on screen at that moment and are not saved to your device or our servers. The name you give a person stays on your device; a placeholder is used in the text sent to us. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share content belonging to third parties.

1.2. Payment and subscription data

Your Premium subscriptions and payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment data such as your credit card number is processed directly by Apple.

1.3. Application and device data

Device type, application version, IP address, and usage logs may be collected automatically.

• To provide the service (analysis, generating suggestions)
• To provide weekly progress insights (weekly, numerical usage statistics may be interpreted with artificial intelligence; chat content is not used for this purpose)
• To improve the Application's performance
• To communicate with you
• For security and the prevention of misuse
• To fulfill our legal obligations

Under the KVKK (the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), we may process your personal data on the following bases:

• Your explicit consent
• Performance of a contract
• Our legal obligations
• Our legitimate interests

• Infrastructure and hosting providers
• Artificial intelligence service providers (such as OpenAI)
• Payment providers (Apple App Store)
• Analytics and performance tools

We may share your information with official authorities as required by our legal obligations.

Our servers and third-party services may be located in countries outside Turkey. Your data may be transferred to the EU, the United States, or other countries.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, and, where required by legal obligations, for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.

We use technical measures such as encryption, access control, and firewalls to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee that any system is 100% secure.

The Application does not target users under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must not use the Application.

Under the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn which data is being processed
• Update or correct your data
• Request the deletion of your data
• Request the restriction of processing
• Withdraw your consent

The Flort AI mobile application may use SDKs and analytics tools. These tools help us understand usage statistics.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date is renewed whenever a change is made.
